You were born with energy centers that represented your spiritual inheritance. During each decade of life, a different energy center is activated with input from your DNA and your life experience. If you work with the centers consciously, you can bring in new energy to effect the centers and become who you wish to become. The experience of the energy centers of the body, or chakras, is a work of regenerating the body, mind, and energy system of the self. This is not a work of only understanding and analyzing your psychological makeup. Through the energy centers, you can heal your past emotionally and energetically, to create change in your present energetic and personality structures, and even in your DNA. And since the energy fields that hold the past are changed, the past is also changed for all who were involved.
