Through years of learning, teaching, and experiencing iamHeart’s Heart Rhythm Meditation, many of our members have expanded the culture of the heart and started in-person or online local classes to teach and commune with the people closest to them.

Led by Robin Kalimi Carpenter, HRM teacher, Retreat Guide, Mentor, & Hurqalya Heart Energy Healer.

These guided meditations focus on basic Heart Rhythm Meditation, Elements or Dimensions of the Heart, and delve into deeper topics such as healing the wounds of the heart. A short group discussion of heartโ€™s desires for the session is followed by a guided meditation and debriefing after. 40 minutes to 1 hour total.

Beginners are welcome! Free sessions (donations to iamHeart are always welcome).

Group has been meeting since 2004. Meets on Zoom to accommodateย participants from many locations, with occasional in-person gatherings in Tucson. Includes guidedย Heart Rhythm Meditationย and other practices thatย facilitate nervous system balance*.ย Enlivening and valuable for both beginning & experienced meditators.ย Optionalย discussion time with Q&A, after guided practices.

About the teacher:ย ย Bonnie Colby, PhDย ย ย I am grateful for 40 years of training in contemplative practice.ย ย I stand in awe of the effective nervous system interventions of diverse cultures, learned in decades of work on conflicts over land and water. I have taught meditation classes, workshops & retreats since 1998 — emphasizingย on-the-spotย practices that deepen vitality and enhance resilience.ย Iย long for each person to taste how simple meditative practices can vibrantly infuse everyday life & connections. ย In my work as a university professor, I focus on neuro-behavior in diverse cultures tackling natural resource challenges. I have provided testimony to indigenous councils, courts & the U.S. Congress.ย Iย am an IAM Mentor and Retreat Guide, Mental Health First Aid Instructorย and interfaith minister. I have a background in restorative movement, am certified in theย Safe & Sound Protocol,ย and am aย trauma-informed meditation teacher.ย 

Qahira provides online and in-person classes in the Chinese language. Her teachings are focused on the holistic view of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. And the personal development for living a fulfilling life.

Shakti and I live in Germany. Our meditations are in german language.ย 
We are offering a regular HRMeditation via zoom every thursday at 8 pm our time (CET).
It is the 4th year we are offering this. We started this with Corona, when our in -person meetings had to end.ย

These meditations are open to everyone and consist of 2 parts: the first part always present the basics. We call that “the little multiplication table”. The second part is always about changing issues of our material.
Our thursday meetings take 40 minutes.
