Does meditation work for everyday problems?
Meditation is often presented as a way to relieve stress, find peace, or escape from the challenges of everyday life. At iamHeart, we also use meditation as a way to face those challenges.
Whether you’d like to build a home and family, further your career, or improve your health, some practices can help you move forward in life, rooted in the traditions of ancient wisdom that helped shape our school.
Together, we will explore how to work with who we are rather than striving toward an ideal, and how to find strength and the ability to continue within our hearts.
This webinar explores how Heart Rhythm Meditation can support us through daily hassles and help us connect to our purpose.
