Process Your Grief with a Heart-Centered Community
Grief is everywhere right now — personal loss, societal change, collective trauma.
Each of us walks a completely unique path through grief – there is no “correct” response. Your mind will look for answers and closure, but grief is not logical.
Though we cannot “fix” grief, there is a way forward – through the HEART.
This 4-week cohort will guide you on how to find love & empowerment even through the pain of grieving, using Heart Rhythm Meditation.
Why This Matters Now
Many of us are experiencing some form of personal and collective grief:
Loss of a
Loved One
Loss of Identity

The Heart Rhythm Meditation Method
Heart Rhythm Meditation is an embodied practice designed to help you connect to your heart.
Most meditation techniques focus on quieting the mind, but the heart can do the more difficult work of processing difficult emotions and trauma.

HRM trains your heart to process feelings, helping big emotions feel smaller over time.

HRM helps tune your internal rhythms for greater emotional resilience and rest.
