The community and leadership of iamHeart has decided the time has come to spend our daily morning meditations energizing ourselves through the thoughts, feelings, and prayers in preparing for peace rather than preparing for our internal and external wars.
How do you prepare for peace?
As the world becomes increasingly fast-paced and chaotic, preparing for peace means taking conscious steps towards creating a state of inner calm and harmony within oneself, while nurturing positive relationships with others and fostering harmonious community. We choose to expand our consciousness, remember our natural love and harmony with each other, make ourselves known as agents of peace, and take the risk to involve ourselves where we are needed most.
Preparing for peace is an ongoing process that requires time, effort, and dedication.
Daily practice of Heart Rhythm Meditation will create confidence in our own heart and send waves of peace through our hearts to particular people and the world at large. Are you ready to begin preparing your heart for peace?
