Contemplate with a student to GUIDE THEM EFFECTIVELY.
Contemplate with a friend to UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THEM deeply.
Contemplate with a colleague to be MOST EFFECTIVE with them.
Contemplate with someone you admire and tune your heart so their qualities DEVELOP IN YOURSELF.
Contemplate with a person who aggravates you to UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE THE PERSON AS THEY ARE.
Advance from Contemplation to Darshan, and experience the VISION OF A SOUL’S PURPOSE.
Contemplation is an inoculation against that which takes away your happiness. Those who irritate you define the limit of the width of your heart. A brief period of consciously choosing resonance with these people will stimulate growth in your heart and make it wider, giving you long-term benefits of freedom from irritation and ease among everyone in all social settings.
We will progress from personal practice to Contemplation with family members, fellow students, and great mystics throughout history, guided by teachers who have deep emotional connections to these masters.
