Start with the welcome journey! It offers some wonderful meditations, as well as talks on theory and instruction around Heart Rhythm Meditation.
Following the Welcome Series is a the first step as it was designed, but feel free to explore what inspires you. You might look at other Series from other teachers, or at some of the tools to help you measure your heart rate variability in meditation, or the Breath Tool, which gives a display of the heart beat, allowing you to breathe along with it!
