The Four Dimensions of the Heart

with attunement to Noor-un-nisa Inayat Khan

Born in 1914 in Russia, Noor-un-Nisa was the eldest child of Hazrat Inayat Khan. She was raised in London and in Paris, where she became a harpist and author of children's stories.

When war broke out in 1939, she was 25 and having success as an author and musician. When the Germans invaded France in 1940, she went to England and volunteered for the WRAF, and then the Special Operations Executive, which infiltrated agents into occupied territory.

Operating from France as a radio operator, her transmissions were the most important in France and the last to come from the continent. She was betrayed to the Germans, captured and executed at Dachau in 1944.

Heart Rhythm Practice is a practical methodology for enhancing life through the transforming power of the heart. The heart develops in four dimensions, which are explored and stimulated through these meditations.
