Heart Rhythm Meditation has changed my life so deeply and profoundly that I can hardly believe it. It has helped me to be feel more and to be more. It has brought me peace, calm, joy, clarity of mind, and a sense of purpose.

In the Spring of 2005 I set my intent to "live with my heart completely open." Shortly afterwards I was introduced to and began an occasional practice of Heart Rhythm. No matter how sporadic my participation, each experience would leave me with a clear communication with the heart. At the IAM Winter Retreat, I fell in love with the heart. Practicing Heart Rhythm Meditation deepened my awareness and connection to the heart.

The practices offered the opportunity to push against my perceived boundaries and then to go beyond. What I found on the other side has given me the experiential fulfillment of what I asked for last Spring, to "live with my heart completely open." Each day's practices offered me the opportunity to deeply experience the heart. I began to feel "the heart" as a vastly different experience than "my heart". I felt a sense of universal connectedness, furthered by the love and guidance of Susanna.

The resonance from the retreat has not dissipated. It continues to deepen my Heart Rhythm practice and to touch other areas of my life on a daily basis.
