The Winter Retreat: The Presence of the Heart

Occupy Your Heart Occupy Your Heart

The heart you know, beating the rhythm of the divine name in your chest, is a miniature of the heart of the cosmos, like a light bulb is a miniature of the sun. The cure for the limitations and distortions of the individual heart is to encounter that universal heart. When we do, we recognize it as our own heart, and we inherit the infinite Light and Love of the source of Self.

The infinite and eternal Heart is always present; it can be discovered in your own heart. It provides infallible guidance and unlimited energy to be used in the accomplishment of its own wish. Our method for making the Heart present uses vocalized, healing sounds; song; energy movements and whirling; silent, guided meditation, and open-hearted dialogue.

This retreat will be personally led by Susanna and Puran Bair, co-founders of IAM Heart and co-authors of the three classic texts on the path of the heart. You will meditate with them, dialogue with them, and eat with them; you will get to know them, and they will know you.
