Heart Rhythm Exercises for LifePart of the Method of Heart Rhythm Practice, The Exercises for Life are for use "off-the-bench", designed to shift one's attitude toward the heart in everyday life. The Exercises for Life are organized by the dimension of the heart they develop. These exercises are examples of "Living from the Heart," but they are also developmental. The experience of Heart Rhythm Meditation is what makes these exercises achievable, even natural, and the desire and attempt to do these exercises enlivens the meditation, giving it a focus. The intention to apply meditation draws out the experience of meditation. (The "dimensions of the heart" are shown at the Heart Index.)
