This diagram shows five webcourses from the four levels of the curriculum of IAM.
101, 102, 103 and 104 are in Level 1, and 204 is in Level 2.

Each small circle is a different room in the webcourse, progressing through the five stages of Heart Rhythm Meditation.
Each room has a picture, a description, a set of instructions, and a message log.
All the participants and the teacher write into and read the same log.
