I’m reading your messages and I'm pulled into your emotion, carried beyond myself. There is so much in and between your words.

I feel your passion, your anguish, your joy. I share your ecstasy. I am in awe of your courage and vulnerability. You are doing the work of a lifetime in a few weeks. What a powerful resource the heart is! The heart comes to you by its beating, sent to every cell as a rhythm, a drum-beat coded message to every part of your self that the heart is awake and at the center of being. The power of the heart comes to you too through the words and wishes of all of us, through our attention and intention. And most of all, the Universal Heart is reaching out to you who have sought for It, absorbing the experience of your breakthroughs and celebrating the emergence of itself in your chest.

Just as every one of our cells feels the rhythm of our heart, every one of us feels the rhythm of the whole being of humanity, the One and Only being, the Being within us and in which we exist.

You have been the seeker, but you were always the one being sought, and now you are found. Feel the Heart of all, all around you, in the space you’re in and the space within you. Sip it, right into your heart on the in-breath, and strengthen it by the addition of your love on your out-breath.

Why do you look for God up there? God is here! [Ibn Arabi] Can you feel this ecstasy? Are you not in Love yet? Let your heart burst when you direct your glance at it, releasing the light that illuminates the world from within.

Be the Friend. No, be the Lover. Let that person you’ve been hiding your heart from see your vulnerability. Do not cry, do not laugh. Just give your heart as the most sacred trust you could give. It will be revered, or not. No matter -- the strength of the heart is to give its love away, and even its life. Everytime you do it you become more open, more naked, more tender, more easily moved, more invulnerable because of your vulnerability, less fearful, less anxious, less confused, no longer regretful that you never learned how to do this, no longer afraid that you will die before you found love unconditional.

This is the heart of your heart, my heart, our heart. There is one Heart and all of us share in it. So when you find the Heart, beating in your chest, I feel it too. Everyone is inspired by it. You open a path within yourself that all of us can use.

This is not the path of bliss; it is the path of reality. It brings us to our connection in unity, and honors our individuality. We explore the universe with our individual differences and we unify the universe again in our connectedness through the heart. This is not Alpha, the perfect point of origin from which we've come; it's Omega, the point of convergence that incorporates all that we've experienced and become in one Heart of wisdom and love.

Make Love a reality, and Love will make you real.
