The Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan |
Webcourse 101 starts October 27The most comprehensive way to learn Heart Rhythm Meditation is through a webcourse with an experienced teacher. You can achieve the results described below, of re-magnetizing the red blood cells to counteract stress, with training in Heart Rhythm Meditation. (The results shown below came from experienced Heart Rhythm meditators, but we have seen significant changes in this direction in the blood of all the Heart Rhythm meditators we've tested.) The heart has the ability to direct the healing and regeneration energy of the body. It does this by first, establishing a rhythm and sending that rhythm to every cell, through the pulse. Second, the heart creates a magnetic pulse that becomes an electrical voltage in every cell and then extends out into space, creating what the mystics call one's "atmosphere." Third, the heart produces hormones that circulate in the blood stream. And fourth, the heart contains neurological tissue that forms a "brain of the heart." Heart Rhythm Meditation is the only known method that is beneficial to all three aspects of your heart health: physical, emotional and spiritual. This is the meditation of our time, and you can learn it through daily interaction with a live teacher, from your own home. See the Webcourse for more details and registration. The 101 Webcourse is required for the advanced webcourses 102 and 103. |

High Resolution Blood Imaging and Heart Rhythm Meditation

Dr. Alexander Angelov, MD, of Swampscott, MA, in his office, with Susanna Bair, President of IAM. Using a high-resolution photo-microscope attached to a digital video camera and computer, Dr. Angelov is able to examine the clumping of red blood cells, an indication of stress. Red blood cells normally repel each other because the membrane of each cell has a slight electrical charge of the same polarity. When the cells lose that charge, they stick together instead. |
|
|
When the body is under stress, the red blood cells can get clumped together, as shown below, stacked sideways, forming long, sticky chains. This common condition is called agglutination and results in a reduced ability of the blood to transfer oxygen to the tissues (anemia), since most of each red blood cell is not exposed. The clumps of red blood cells may also be a factor in strokes. Stressed condition |
The slide below shows the free-floating red blood cells of the same person as on the left, after only 10 minutes of Heart Rhythm Meditation (Water Breath). These cells are not stuck together; they float in multiple layers of plasma. After 10 minutes of Heart Rhythm Meditation |

Under stress, when energy is needed most, the blood can go into a condition, agglutination, which causes an anemia that actually reduces energy in the body. This is not a "fight or flight" response; it does not provide the energy to flee. Instead it is an energy strike that attempts to stop one from creating more of their own stress. With Heart Rhythm Meditation, one can endure stress and still operate in a healthy condition.

Your Relationships Need Your Help
To have the friendships we desire, to love our loving
relationships and to make our working relationships work, we have to
invest our relationships with our own life, and then allow our
relationships to change us.
In the upcoming holiday season, are you going to see a relative that makes you uncomfortable? Is there an ex-friend that you would not like to meet at someone's Christmas party? Do you have an acquaintance you'd like to make into a friend, or a friendship to develop into the closeness of a brother or sister?
The Road to Fulfilling Relationships
You can create relationships that are more satisfying, deep and
harmonious. You can learn to tune your heart to the needs of the
relationship, and benefit from its continuation.
Every relationship is a continuing opportunity for growth.
"I ain't lookin' to fight with you, frighten you or tighten you, chain you down or bring you down. All I really want to do is, be friends with you." -- Bob Dylan
Learn the seven stages of relationships, the four purposes of relationships, and the six problem energies in relationships. Learn how the people you're drawn to mirror yourself or your complement.
Ultimately, we see all human relationships as practicing our relationship to God, the divine within your heart.
