Energize Your Heart: for Instructors of Heart Rhythm Meditation
Build on your knowledge of the dimensions of the heart and how to facilitate the growth of your heart. Based on the book, Energize Your Heart in 4 Dimensions, by Puran and Susanna Bair, this course is designed for those who are in training, have completed training, or intend to undergo the training to be instructors of Heart Rhythm Meditation. The course is focused on how to offer detailed, step-by-step instruction in Heart Rhythm Meditation, how to assess and work with the dimensions of the heart, working with Heart Rate Variability, and giving practices to develop the heart.
